Teri L. Havron Selected to Participate in National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation Program

TeriL.Havron of Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli, P.C., was selected to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (“NCBJ”) Next Generation Program. She is one of only forty (40) participants selected by lottery from across the nation to participate in this program.

To qualify, the candidates must:
• Have five to ten years of experience practicing law;
• Devote at least fifty percent of his/her practice to bankruptcy cases;
• Demonstrat
e legal excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law;

• Display a serious commitment to principles of civility, ethics and professionalism; and
• Demonstrate com
mitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar and the court system.

Ms. Havron attended the 90th NCBJ Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA on October 26th-29th, where she had access to exclusive learning experiences and networking opportunities.

The NCBJ is an association of the Bankruptcy Judges of the United States which provides continuing legal education to judges, lawyers and other involved professionals, promotes cooperation among the Bankruptcy Judges, secures a greater degree of quality and uniformity in the administration of the Bankruptcy system and seeks to improve the practice of law in the Bankruptcy Courts of the United States.
