Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli, P.C. files Petition for Writ of Certiorari in United States Supreme Court

Attorneys Kevin P. Green and Thomas P. Rosenfeld filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court today on behalf of our client and a putative class of coal miners.

The case involves the proper interpretation and analysis of an “employment loss” under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2101  et seq. (the “WARN Act”), which has divided the United States courts of appeals. Attorney Thomas C. Horscroft made significant contributions to the Petition.
